Square Quarters staff gain prestige Guild Training qualification

Leading local estate agents Square Quarters are celebrating an exceptional achievement after Cameron Hinton, Panna Vekaria, Frank Mistou and Maliya Perry from their Islington team succeeded in gaining an advanced professional qualification.

After completing the necessary training, Cameron Hinton, Panna Vekaria, Frank Mistou and Maliya Perry – have been granted the title of Associate Members of The Guild of Property Professionals – the UK’s most prestigious network of independent agents to which Square Quarters is delighted to count itself the exclusive member in Islington. Each office is carefully selected on the basis of its professionalism and commitment to the highest standards of customer service.

To pass the examination, which is formally recognised by Cambridgeshire Trading Standards, candidates are required to demonstrate thorough knowledge and understanding of some 40 modules. Agents can specialise in Sales or Lettings, or choose to complete both courses to maximise their industry knowledge. As well as developing customer service skills, there are also modules on compliance to ensure all agents are aware of the latest industry legislation.

Congratulating his staff on their achievement, Dean Crossley - Branch Manager said: “We are proud to belong to The Guild, which represents the highest standards in independent estate agency. Now, through their individual efforts in successfully gaining Guild Associate status, which recognises their knowledge, skills and professional competence, we know we have the best-trained team in Islington.”

When instructing an estate agent to sell your home, it is crucial that you have trust and confidence in their professional abilities. Following its success in achieving Guild qualifications, Square Quarters is now, more than ever, fully equipped to guide you on your journey through the property market.
